Chip is a waiter at the Devil’s casino. He makes sure everyone is well plastered so they are less careful with their money! He is often times clumsy and spills more drinks than he can count, but they keep him around cause he’s nice eye candy. He often likes to stare at King Dice when he thinks no one is looking.
Chip may have a power bottom thing going on that he hasn’t yet discovered.
