So I’ve seen a lot of fans think about this, and so far, most peoble seem to think it’s either Nathalie, Adrien’s mom, or the newest theory Kagami’s mom. I found a pic of Le Paon and drew around her features. Let’s see:
Reminder that the miraculouss/miraculi can change the person’s appearance (Gabriel has a different facial structure as hawkmoth, and adrian has a working set of cat ears and eyes as chat), so physical appearance wouldn’t have to be exact.
Gabriel’s facial structure changing might be due to the cowl he wears as Hawkmoth making it harder to see his facial traits.
As for Adrien, we can see that his ears are clipped on, making them more like accessories like his costume. As for the eyes, I’ve had a headcanon for a while that Chat’s mask doubles as nightvision goggles and that’s why his eyes get like that. But even if my headcanon is wrong, which it probably is, changing eye colors to match the animal of your miraculous is different from changing your entire bonestructure for no reason
The bone structure doesn’t have to change– you already mentioned how the cowl could explain Gabriel’s slightly different appearance. As for the eyes, I stand by that they are real cateyes because he purrs. The suit apparently changes minor characteristic so its not a stretch to assume the eyes change.

I get that, but my point was that Nathalie and Mrs. Agreste’s facial traits were too different from La Paon, and unlike Hawk Moth, La Paon doesn’t wear a cowl so there’s nothing obstructing her features. Mrs. Agreste’s face is too long and her chin is too sharp compared to La Paon, whereas Nathalie’s jawline and eyes are too square. That’s just why I think they aren’t La Paon. I admit I could be completely wrong, we’ll have to wait and see, and if it turns out I was wrong, I’ll happily admit it. I was just trying to show why I thought Mrs. Agreste and Nathalie couldn’t be La Paon
