destroy the idea that if you open up about yourself you deserve the bullying you get 

destroy the idea that you should have to hide who you are in order to not be bullied

destroy the idea of telling someone not to open up if they dont want to get bullied 

but also destroy the idea that not opening up=shameful or cowardly 

also destroy the idea about lying about who you are because you dont feel comfortable sharing=shameful or cowardly 

start letting people open up as they see fit
