Anyways, my number 1 advice for DMs who are looking to make their games more dramatic is to make sure the player’s actions have consequences. Have NPCs hold grudges against the players. Have events that happened 10 sessions ago rear their ugly head. Some NPCs will forgive, but none of them should forget.

You might want to give completely new groups of players like 2 sessions mostly without consequences. I think we all did stupid things the first time we played
