Considering that it now seems that Le Paon was only a beta name, for lack of a better word, and Mayura is the Peacock holder’s actual villain name, it’s worth noting that “Mayura” is Bengali, which is one of the many languages spoken in India. It would then make sense for Mayura to be someone of Indian descent, and we haven’t really encountered anyone who fits that bill.
Therefore, I think there’s a chance that Mayura is going to be someone completely new. Also, Mayura being Indian fits the problem I mentioned in a previous theory, concerning her skin color:

I talked about how Miraculous don’t change their wielder’s skin color, unless it holds some kind of significance to the wilelder. And guess what? In Hinduism, which is one of the religion most common in the Bengal region of India, and there are several Gods in Hinduism with blue skin. The one I want to most focus on is Krishna:

Who is often depicted wearing peacock feathers.
So what could the skin color mean if Mayura is Bengali? Probably that she sees herself as a god, which would also fit with her having the Peacock Miraculous, since peacocks are often associated with pride and vanity.
