i have to chime in: as a non-westerner living in a country with a ridiculous exchange rate with the us dollar (which pretty much means every other major currency is more powerful than ours), these international commissions do get expensive for us
I live in a country where i get paid the equivalent of 2,22 USD an hour, being a professional. So I get it, a 50 buck commission to me equals to 3 days of desk job. My currency too is weak and gets devaluated every month. That doesn’t mean people should be charging even less to keep up with our shitty country economy, friend. Art online is already cheap having into consideration the time and skill it requires. And again, art is a luxury item and we can live without custom art. I know it’s frustrating tho and I get it.
