It would be
great to see Marinette snap in Chameleon.

And no, I don’t
mean it in a ‘yeah, for her to be akumatized’ kinda way. I mean actually call
people out.

She refused
to sit.

Instead? Marinette
takes her time, staring at every single one of her classmates dead in the eye.

Her eyes no
longer seem to belong to her. Where there was kindness, there’s now a hard look
that few dare to compare to the girl who wears a polka-dotted suit, swinging
and running and jumping around Paris while protecting its citizens.

The glares
she’s receiving waver.

Marinette closes
her eyes, takes a deep breath, and starts walking down until she’s by Madame
Bustier’s side, purposely ignoring the older woman.

And starts addressing
everyone.

Marinette’s
words are sharp like daggers. She makes them remember what she has done for her
so called friends in the room. How she has risked her time for them. In some
occasions, her own safety and place in the school.

She finishes
by asking, in a sickly sweet tone:

“What happened
to being the everyday Ladybug?”
