Don’t think I’ve done this before but AU where Lila is actually telling the truth and no one believes her but Marinette. Whole class is trying to fact check everything Lila says but Lila is usually humble and values privacy so minimal information available. They keep telling Marinette she is gullible. Either ends with everyone realising Lila is being honest or she starts lying then people start befriending her and loses Marinette’s friendship

Lila: Marinette, I know you want to sit next to Adrien but is it OK if I take the seat in the front row. I just have tinnitus, usually worse in the left ear.

Marinette: That’s terrible! Of course, I can always chat with Adrien later

Lila: Thanks, but it’s not so bad as at least Jagged’s cat was safe and he wrote a song to me

Alya: That’s absurd, Jagged doesn’t have a cat

Lila: He did before but found out he was allergic

Alya: Oh yeah, what was the song?

Lila: He doesn’t name me but its Saved My Heart For it to Break

Lila has doctor’s note about her hearing problem that has been given to the school, including that although it’s usually worse in one ear sometimes it can affect both.

Lila: I guess Ladybug turning me from oyster to human somehow fixed my hearing problem

Alya: Sure, next you’ll be saying you flew in Prince Ali’s private jet and missed so many days of school because you were travelling around the world

Lila doesn’t bother showing them her new passport because the old one run out of pages or pointing out the credits of <movie> where it says ‘dedicated to my goddaughter Lila. The most honest girl I know’

Guessing Volpina would then be caused by everyone calling her a liar (if they say that I might as well be that) and Chameleon would either be her protecting Marinette by grabbing it herself or after coming back to school nothing has changed and people trying harder to get break their friendship up.
