“i want adrienxluka and kagamixmarinette to be the end game, not only would it give lgbt rep but also they do compliment each other. Adrien needs to get mature and grow up?how is marinette going to help if she puts him in a pedestal? luka could not only help him but also adrien would feel very free and allowed to be himself around luka. kagami would help marinette to start fighting for watch she wants and accept reality, marinette could help kagami to be more kind-hearted and help others more often”
Queen Bee desperately trying to get Ladybug’s attention when she does something cool/good in the middle of an akuma battle.
(Which Marinette tries really hard to seem slightly annoyed over, but how is she supposed to do that when the cute, blonde superhero is standing there in front of her looks with dorkiest grin spread across her face.)
Despite his initial crush on his partner, Chat Noir couldn’t help but enjoy how whipped Ladybug grows to become over his childhood friend.
Marinette gets worried that since Chloe’s identity is out in the open, there’s a chance that Hawkmoth may make her a target. So, Ladybug tends to slip by Chloe’s house occasionally to check up on her.
It takes a while for Ladybug to realize that Chloe’s crush on her is genuine and not just artificial feelings because she’s some cool superhero with a big fanbase.
Although she never would admit it, Chloe had grown up reading superhero comics and watching superhero movies, thus one of the main reasons she had immediately fell head over heels for one of Paris’ local superheroes.
Honestly I think an interesting way to develop Adrien’s character in season 3 would be to actually let his mistakes start to come back to bite him. Not anyone else’s actions but his own actions and inactions.
He stopped Marinette from revealing Lila’s lies because it wasn’t really hurting anyone? It was shown as the wiser and more mature way to deal with Lila in the Chameleon episode?
Fine.
Show that coming back to bite him. Show that lies on the scale Lila says aren’t harmless and passivity just makes it worse. Show that saying it and practicing it are two entirely different things, when Lila is purposely trying to hurt one of his closest friends.
Show that the original message from Origins isn’t being contradicted and that staying silent was the wrong thing to do.
Show that Adrien “perfect” Agreste is just as capable of making mistakes no matter how good his intentions are.
Hecc give him his own bully, because I can’t imagine everyone loving someone as perfect as Adrien and let him find his own strength as Adrien.
Please just give me more than “poor puppy Adrien who is neglected by his father and isolated from his friends and continuously rejected by Ladybug.” Give his character more depth than that.
And for God’s sake, please send a better message out to young children than “we shouldn’t hurt our bullies because that doesn’t make them a good person.”
Don’t think about Gabriel Agreste coming into young Adrien’s room when he is asleep and akumatizing his son.
Don’t imagine Adrien becoming akumatized over and over in his sleep so his father could “practice”.
Don’t think that this may be how HawkMoth grew so powerful; that he practiced the hypnotism on his son.
Don’t imagine that this is why Gabriel keeps his son locked up; that, even though it doesn’t happen anymore, Adrien was his first guinea pig. And will perhaps always be a back up Gabriel can turn to.
Because he trained Adrien’s subconscious to accept the akuma.
Don’t imagine Natalie watching and taking notes; because despite her care for Adrien, she loves his father more.
Don’t imagine Chat Noir flinching subconsciously whenever a corrupt akuma is released. And dont imagine Ladybug noticing.
Don’t think about Tikki being confused as to why Plagg is so attached to his chosen; he’d never been before.
Don’t imagine Plagg bonding with Adrien’s subconscious, and recognizing the akuma scarring, but there’s nothing he can do for his kitten. Plagg doesn’t know it was his father because Adrien doesn’t know.
Don’t think about the fact that Plagg would become so loathing of Hawk Moth, despite not knowing who he is because his chosen is scarred.
Don’t imagine Plagg trying to urge Chat Noir to be as close to Ladybug as possible; so that perhaps her purification could undo some of the adolescent damage.
Don’t think about Plagg being so afraid that Adrien will become akumatized again, that he tries his best to keep the boy’s spirits up through his teasing nature.
Because Plagg knows another akumatization could break his mind.
